As leader, you’ll be responsible for preparing vehicles, coordinating repairs and maintenance, ensuring legal compliance and smooth running of the workshop. We expect your motivation and handy nature to be a real asset in tackling the troubleshooting that comes with day-to-day handling of the fleet.
You’ll also make sure your team meets service targets, provide coaching as required and be open to improvements in the systems.
You must have:
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Full clean driver’s licence
- Competency with driving large vehicles and driving around cities
- Trade qualification
- Prior experience (supervisory experience preferred)
