As our Customer Service Team Leader (aka Adventure Support Leader), you will guide a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and creating seamless guest experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence while living and promoting Wilderness values.
The Guest Experience Leader is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, build guest loyalty, and drive a world-class guest experience.
