We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at our Auckland Airport location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of premium European motorhomes. We take a Consultative approach to selling. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key part in delivering on Wilderness' Core Purpose ‘To slow down and disconnect from the busy-ness of life and reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and with nature. As a Reservations consultant, you will be responsible for turning a holiday dream into an unforgettable reality. You will provide personalised sales service that leaves a lasting impression and use your skills to discern the best sales opportunities ensuring smooth operations and happy guests.
As a customer service consultant (aka adventure support consultant), you will be responsible for setting our guests off on a truly remarkable holiday - one that they'll always remember. You will blow them away with your warm Kiwi welcome and put to rest any concerns they have about using our premium motorhomes. You will take time to get to know them and their aspirations and share your local knowledge with them.
