The Outback 4 combines the ease of an island bed (forget climbing over your travel buddy to get out of bed) with the extra space of a longer vehicle. Add in a drop down double bed, more floor space than you'll find in just about any other rental motorhome and you've got comfortable living on your New Zealand adventure. A separate toilet and shower make things easier, while a door separates the bedroom and bathroom from the living area for more privacy.

Our Wilderness campervans have everything you need to travel comfortably included in the base price, with no extra charges for basics like bedding or kitchen equipment. We’ve even got you covered for making your morning coffee. Here’s what’s included in your hire:
Sheets, duvets (doonas), blankets, and pillows to keep you cosy and clothes hangers for when you unpack.
A full gas bottle, plus crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses, bowls, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. A coffee plunger and kettle will set you up for the morning. There’s also a dish cloth and brush, tea towels, dustpan and brush, and a fire extinguisher.
Bath towels (as many as you’d like), toilet paper roll, water refilling hose, and toilet chemicals.
We’ll pick you up from the airport or your Auckland or Christchurch airport hotel at the beginning of your hire and drop you off again at the end.
We're there if you need us. Call our helpline at any time 24/7, day or night, for assistance with your motorhome - including mechanical breakdowns.
You won’t find any additional charges for extra drivers, cleaning, or one-way hire.
All our rentals include comprehensive insurance with your daily hire. This covers accidental damage to the motorhome and public liability, so we encourage you to be adventurous (but responsible).
Under our standard insurance, your are liable for the NZ$7500 excess (or deductible). You can reduce the excess by taking one of our liability reduction options for added peace of mind.
